Birth to Three 

WV Birth to Three is our State's system of early intervention services to help families of children under age three who have developmental delays or may be at risk of delays.  WV Birth to Three professionals help eligible families know how to help their child grow and learn.  Services are provided in the child/family's home or places where they typically go during the days.

WV Birth to Three services are provided in accordance with Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

Families who have concerns about the development of their children over age three may call their local county school system.
